Hunnie-Glazed Holiday Carrots with Rosemary

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs carrots, peeled + sliced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp BeeMindful Hunnie

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

  • Salt + pepper

  • Optional: Add walnuts and pomegranate to finish

Method:

  1. Heat oven to 425°F.

  2. Toss carrots with oil, Hunnie, vinegar, rosemary, salt + pepper.

  3. Roast 25–30 mins, flipping once, until caramelized.

  4. Drizzle with a little extra Hunnie before serving.
