2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp BeeMindful Hunnie

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

Salt + pepper
- Optional: Add walnuts and pomegranate to finish
Method:

Heat oven to 425°F.

Toss carrots with oil, Hunnie, vinegar, rosemary, salt + pepper.

Roast 25–30 mins, flipping once, until caramelized.
