Gingerbread Hunnie Cookies (Soft + Chewy)

Ingredients:

  • 2 ¼ cups flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 2 tsp ground ginger

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

  • ¼ tsp cloves

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ cup butter, softened (vegan or not)

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • ⅓ cup BeeMindful Hunnie

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 2 tbsp milk (plant-based or not)

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Whisk dry ingredients in one bowl.

  3. Beat butter + sugar until fluffy, then mix in Hunnie, vanilla, and milk.

  4. Add dry mixture and stir until just combined.

  5. Roll into balls, flatten slightly, and bake 9–11 mins.

  6. Cool on a rack and decorate… or eat warm. Your call.
