Cauliflower:

1 large head cauliflower, chopped

Lemon Tahini Drizzle:

¼ cup tahini
-
Juice of 1 lemon

1 tbsp BeeMindful Hunnie

1 small garlic clove, grated

Water to thin

Method:

Heat oven to 425°F.

Toss cauliflower with oil, Hunnie, paprika, and salt. Roast 25–30 mins.

Whisk tahini sauce ingredients until smooth.
