Hunnie-Roasted Cauliflower with Lemon Tahini

Ingredients:
Cauliflower:

  • 1 large head cauliflower, chopped

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp BeeMindful Hunnie

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt + pepper

Lemon Tahini Drizzle:

  • ¼ cup tahini

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 tbsp BeeMindful Hunnie

  • 1 small garlic clove, grated

  • Water to thin

  • Salt

Method:

  1. Heat oven to 425°F.

  2. Toss cauliflower with oil, Hunnie, paprika, and salt. Roast 25–30 mins.

  3. Whisk tahini sauce ingredients until smooth.

  4. Serve cauliflower over quinoa or greens with a generous drizzle.
